James W. Tanaka, Ph.D. is Professor of Psychology at University of Victoria. Dr. Tanaka studies the perceptual processes involved in face and object recognition, including how perception changes as a function of expertise, using behavioral methods, as well as ERP in collaboration with Dr. Tim Curran.
